Rev'd Maurice Wright

Supernumerary Minister, Shropshire and Marches
We are sorry to bring news of Maurice’s death last Monday.  Maurice contributed one of the prayers on Day 28 of the Methodist Prayer Handbook (our District’s day).  The prayer asks that we might leave the world in a better place by  our passing through it.  This is certainly something Maurice strove to do.  Prayers are invited for Janet, Phillip, Lesley and the wider family

Prince of Egypt screening

Prince of Egypt(PG) the Dreamworks West End musical about Moses is showing at Telford Odeon on:
Thursday 19th October at 7pm
and
Sunday 22nd October at 2pm

Do bring your church.
You may like to organise a Sunday School outing for children and their parents to the Sunday afternoon screening.

The excellent 75-second trailer would be well worth showing in the church notices over the next two Sundays.

For details, the trailer and to book go to:

I hope the film brings great pleasure to many people at your cinema.
