Wolverhampton Horticultural Society

We are an active society promoting a range of different activities for Daffodilanyone interested in gardening. We have monthly talks provided by gardening experts; a complete list of the speakers can be found under the Programme page on our website. The talks cover a wide range of horticultural related activity from the development and history of local gardens to tips for better gardening.

Our talks are held on the 2nd Wednesday every month, except for September.  Meetings are held at Beckminster Church Hall with refreshments available from 7.00 pm with the talks scheduled to start at 7.30pm.  Non-members are welcome for a visitors fee of £4.00.

A number of visits to interesting gardens are organised each year. We also host both a Spring Show for members only in April and an Open Annual Show in September.

So if you enjoy gardening or simply interested in it- It’s fun and inexpensive to join us. Membership details are on the Membership page on the website along with details of member discounts available at local retailers/nurseries.

New members and visitor are always welcome. Membership is £20 per year. Talks are free to members and £4 to non members.
